How to use
Body: Massage generous amount of oil into skin. Work into skin so the oil absorbs. Use daily to help maintain soft and supple skin.
Hair: Massage oil into hair. Leave in for 30 minutes and shampoo out. Usually a conditioner is not necessary after deep conditioning with Shea Nilotica Oil. Oily hair types may leave oil in hair. Apply oil to 1/2 inch bottom of hair ends and leave in to help decrease splitting.
Bath: Add 1-2 squirts of oil to warm bath. Soak in bath 15-20 minutes. Rinse body in quick shower. Pat dry skin. Doing so will help leave skin incredibly soft without having to massage into skin.
