Makes 16 brownies
Things you’ll need:
1/2 cup butter or oil + 3 tbs water + 2 eggs
Heat oven to 400ºF. for a light -colored pan, 375ºF for a dark-colored or glass pan
Grease pan, set aside
Mix the melted butter or oil and water together in a large bowl *note: If using melted butter coconut oil, let cool slightly before adding
Whisk in the eggs
Add baking mix and stir until well combined
Spread evenly into prepared pan; smooth top
Bake 25 minutes for 8″ x 8″ pan or 20 minutes for 9″ x 9″ pan. Let cool before cutting

Mix it Up:
- Add a few dollops of your favorite fruit preserve before baking
- Swirl in peanut butter before baking
- Drizzle malted dark chocolate and Himalayan salt on top after baking.
