Organic Black Tea offers a unique flavor experience, boasting a deep red hue and a potent aroma with hints of lemon, florals, and spices. The strong umami flavor and astringency provide a refreshing finish, ideal for pairing with western desserts. Certified organic and award-winning, the tea is cultivated in the Tenryu region of Shizuoka, Japan, with a maximum yearly production of 200kg.
Its taste is characterized by a strong astringency and a noticeable UMAMI.

Add 200ml hot water (6.76oz) hot water 80℃ – 85℃ (176℉- 185℉)
