Frontier Co-op® Organic Spearmint Leaf (Mentha spicata) is a pleasant-tasting herb that makes an excellent wellness spearmint tea, and can be enjoyed by itself or in combination with other herbs. It has a delicate flavor that is less intensely minty than peppermint, with sweet undertones and a pleasantly refreshing aroma. In addition to hot tea, our spearmint leaves also blend perfectly with a glass of iced tea or a cocktail for anyone who prefers a little coolness in their drink.

Spearmint is a parent of peppermint and one of the oldest mints cultivated. It is commonly used in wellness teas and other herbal products, and is great with berries and in yogurts, protein smoothies, salads, and more.
