How to Use

Pancakes
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill’s Protein Pancake & Waffle mix
- 3/4 cup water
Preheat lightly oiled griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until just combined, and then pour scant 1/4-cup portions onto the hot griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, 3-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately. makes 4-6 pancakes.
Waffles
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic 7 Grain Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp Melted butter or oil
Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer’s instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes 2 waffles.
